US-based group Hillwood's Polish arm has secured a €38 mln financing from mBank for the construction of the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics park in central Poland.
Hillwood Zgierz II is a class A logistics centre located in Dabrówka Wielka, in central Poland. The centre offers almost 77,000 m2 of class A warehouse space, with an above-standard height of 12 metres and increased floor load capacity of up to 8 t/m2.
The investment is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
