German asset manager Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung (HIH) has acquired the Humboldt-Carré office building in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, in the Stuttgart region of Germany for EUR 34 mln. The acquisition is earmarked for a special fund issued by Warburg-Henderson.

German asset manager Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung (HIH) has acquired the Humboldt-Carré office building in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, in the Stuttgart region of Germany for EUR 34 mln. The acquisition is earmarked for a special fund issued by Warburg-Henderson.

The vendor was a from a subsidiary of German company Bülow.

Humboldt-Carré was completed in July 2010 and offers nearly 14,000 m2 of office space across five floors. There are also 280 parking spaces on three levels. The main tenant is the software and consulting company Cor & FJA.
