HIH was acting on behalf of a special fund in its role as asset manager for the Warburg-Henderson joint venture. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The property includes 17,000 m2 of gross floor area and is located on the Neue balan-Campus der Ideen in Munich. The vendor was Allgemeine Sudboden Grundbesitz.
