German asset manager HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung has acquired the Valentinshof office property in Hamburg from Tishman Speyer for around €68 mln.
Valentinshof comprises around 18,000 m2 of office space and some 1,500 m2 of retail premises. The property was completed in 2000 and is leased to services company Regus Group, IT security firm Gate Protect and insurance broker Funk Gruppe.
HIH manages the assets in Germany for Warburg-Henderson’s institutional funds.
