HIH and Boxberg team up on value-add Germany JV

German real estate company Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung (HIH) has teamed up with London-based real estate private equity business Boxberg Capital to form a platform for value-add and opportunistic investment in Germany.

The parties announced the signing of a 50-50 joint venture on 5 July. They have worked together in various constellations over the last 10 years.

HIH is part of the network associated with German private bank M.M.Warburg & Co.
