CityLink, the Dutch last mile urban logistics real estate platform founded by HighBrook Investors and Proptimize, has added an urban logistics property to its portfolio.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The total area of the property amounts to 6,011 m2, divided over 1,290 m2 of office space and a 4,720 m2 warehouse area that allows for the storage of hazardous goods.
With this purchase, CityLink’s portfolio now spans 87 properties in the Netherlands.
The property is located at the Cyclotronweg 1 in Delft, directly at the exit of the motorway A13, in the middle of the Randstad area of the Netherlands. The property is used for storage and bottling of oil-related consumer goods by MPM International Oil Company.
The seller was advised commercially by Cushman & Wakefield and legally by Bos van der Burg Advocaten. The buyer was advised environmentally by EkoSafe and Hofstede cs Milieuadviseurs, technically by Savills and legally by Loyens & Loeff.
