Real estate private equity firm Highbrook Investors and independent real estate company Proptimize have closed six separate Dutch logistics transactions in one day.
The companies revealed that they signed six acquisitions on 17 December for Highbrook's CityLink urban logistics strategy.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The assets total approximately 42,000 m2 and are currently 100% leased. The properties are located throughout the Netherlands within the cities of Moordrecht, Ridderkerk, Utrecht, Oostzaan, Breda and Ede.
The assets were acquired through HighBrook’s CityLink logistics platform. As PropertyEU has previously reported, the CityLink platform was launched late last year and already consists of over 50 warehouses and €500 mln in gross asset value.
HighBrook Investors acquires and actively manages property investments across North America and Europe through a series of closed-end commingled funds.
