HIG Capital Has hired Alessio Lucentini as MD and head of real estate asset management in Europe.
Lucentini has joined from EQT Exeter where he was head of Italian real estate. Prior to EQT he spent 16 years at AXA Real Assets where he was part of the executive committee, and had spells at Cushman & Wakefield and AIG/Lincoln.
Riccardo Dallolio, head of HIG Europe Realty Partners, said the new hire would ‘prove invaluable’ as the firm continues a differentiated real estate strategy across Europe focused on value add investments.
