Private equity firm HIG Capital has completed the acquisition of a 23,000 m2 office building in the UK city of Manchester.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The vendor was a group of private investors.

The Anchorage building is located in Salford Quays in Manchester and marks HIG Capital’s fifth property transaction in the UK. It is the firm’s 19th real estate investment in Europe since the start of 2013.
