Miami-based HIG Capital has appointed Jérome Fouillé and Jenny Hammarlund as managing directors in Europe, both based in London. The appointments follow the recent close of HIG's first European-dedicated real estate fund.
Prior to HIG, Fouillé worked for GIC as managing director and head of tactical opportunities where he was responsible for investments in Europe targeting core+ to value add transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
Prior to this, he was a senior vice president at Colony Capital and at Heitman. Fouillé holds an MBA from The London Business School.
Hammarlund was previously a director in the real estate team at KKR, where she focused on sourcing and executing real estate investments across Europe. Roles prior to this including working as a director at Värde Partners in London and as vice president at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in New York. Hammarlund holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
