Hamburg-based asset manager Hesse Newman Capital has raised around €33.4 mln from 650 investors for its latest fund.

Hamburg-based asset manager Hesse Newman Capital has raised around €33.4 mln from 650 investors for its latest fund.

The Hesse Newman Classic Value 4 fund is providing €68.6 mln in financing for the 18,600 m2 office complex ‘GreenBuilding Hamburg’ in the new Quartier 21 district of Hamburg-Barmbek.

Hesse Newman has invested around €600 mln to date in sustainable properties in prime locations in Hamburg and Munich.

The listed fund manager is a member of the United Nations environment programme UNEP FI and German Green Building Council DGNB. It also propagates BREEAM In-Use certification.
