Henderson Global Investors has appointed Linus Nilsson as a real estate Analyst & Portfolio Manager.
Nilsson, who will report into Johan Åström, head of Property, Sweden, will be based in Henderson’s Stockholm office. He will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities as well as developing Henderson’s asset management strategies in the Nordics.
He will form part of Henderson’s European asset management team and be responsible for a mixed real estate portfolio in the Nordics.
He joins from Valad Property Group where he was responsible for the asset management of a diversified office and retail portfolio.
