Henderson Park, the new European real estate investment platform founded by Nick Weber, has appointed Mrinal Jalan and Dennis Schiloff to its investment team.

Henderson Park launched in September 2016 with $500 mln (€465 mln) of capital raised from three cornerstone investors. Its début acquisition was of Paris' largest hotel, Le Méridien Étoile, while there is an active pipeline of opportunities in place, the firm said.
Jalan (left) joins Henderson Park as a principal, with over 13 years of experience investing across a variety of real estate asset classes, capital structures and geographies. He previously worked at Perella Weinberg Partners' real estate business (now known as Aermont Capital), where he was a principal on the acquisitions and asset management team with responsibility for leading investment projects, including origination, analysis, execution and asset management, with a particular emphasis on the UK market.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Jalan was a senior associate with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds working on the UK acquisitions team to originate and execute deals across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential and leisure.
Schiloff (right) joins Henderson Park as a director and has 10 years of experience encompassing real estate, infrastructure and special situations investing. He spent five years in VTB Capital's real estate and infrastructure private equity group and two years at Hadron Investments, where he worked with a select group of family offices on the acquisition of one of the largest airports in Europe and the development of residential, hospitality and high street retail projects.
Prior to joining Henderson Park, Schiloff was a vice president in the real estate advisory group at London based Situs Europe, supporting the execution of European real estate joint ventures and investments for a select group of clients.
These latest appointments come shortly after the announcement in November that Henderson Park had hired Michael Jenkinson, from Goldman Sachs, and Adel Oucherif, from CQS, as principals, and more recently that it had appointed Christophe Kuhbier, from TwentyTwo Real Estate, as managing director.
