Henderson Park, the European real estate investment platform founded by Nick Weber, has announced the appointment of Neil Kirk as principal, with responsibility for asset management of the business’ growing hotel portfolio.

Weber joins Henderson Park with over 12 years of experience investing in the European hotel sector, most recently as a director of Westmont Hospitality Group, the global hotel investor and manager, where he was directly involved in hotel investing, asset management, and driving operational initiatives across many of the Group’s assets. He is a Chartered Accountant and started his career at KPMG.

Since its launch in September 2016, Henderson Park has built a significant European hotel portfolio, including its recent acquisition of two flagship UK Hilton Metropoles, in London and Birmingham.
