Henderson Global Investors has hired Colin Throssell as head of property treasury.
He will be based in London where he will be responsible for overseeing the business’ debt and treasury instruments, both managing the existing book and sourcing new funds as required. Throssell will have responsibility for the London, European and Asia Pacific regions.
He joins from Eurohypo in London where he worked as a director for over four years with responsibility for transaction execution and relationship management. Before this, he worked in varying roles at Erste Bank, Lehman Brothers and Ernst & Young. In total he has 14 years of real estate finance experience.
