Henderson Global Investors has acquired a retail warehouse in Germany for €23 mln.
Henderson was acting on behalf of its German Retail Income Fund.
The retail warehouse is located in Norden, East Frisia. It comprises 12,675 m2 of lettable area and was acquired from Norder Tor, the developer that delivered the building in March 2012.
The property's main tenants include food retailers Kaufland and Aldi as well as drug store chain Rossmann
The deal is the eighth acquisition for the fund.
