Henderson Global Investors has strengthened its property team in Austria with the appointment of David Moese as new head of investment.
Henderson Global Investors has strengthened its property team in Austria with the appointment of David Moese as new head of investment.
Moese, who will be based in Vienna, will manage Henderson’s Austrian property portfolio including the Warburg-Henderson Austria funds 1 and 2, for which Henderson acts as asset manager.
He reports to Timothy Horrocks, head of Germany, for Henderson’s £12.7 bn property business.
Before joining Henderson, Moese was senior transactions manager at Immofinanz, where he was responsible for processing all acquisitions and sales in Austria and Slovenia. Prior to this, Moese was the head of project development and project management in the property department of a family-owned company, and divisional director of product and portfolio management at an Austrian bank.
