Swedish investor Hemsö has purchased a portfolio of three retirement homes for €33 mln.
The main tenants are Esperi Care, Metsolakodit and Aava and the average remaining lease term for all tenants is 8 years.
The portfolio consists of three buildings for the elderly, two of these also includes space for a clinic and a secure housing. The properties are located in Espoo, Kerava and Oulu. The total lettable area amounts to 14,000 m2 of entirely leased space.
