The portfolio is fully leased and consists of two-thirds of warehousing space and school facilities.

The transaction follows Hemfosa's acquisition last month of the Landic VI portfolio consisting of 44 properties across Sweden for a total of some EUR 235 mln. The deal marked the country's largest property transaction since 2008. Telephone company Telia and state-owned electricity group Vattenfall are among the largest tenants.

Catella is still managing the sale of the Landic VII portfolio, the latest tranch of assets to be sold after Landic fell into administration earlier this year. The portfolio consists of 10 assets, totalling 155,000 m2 and worth around EUR 200 mln.
