The two properties, located in Espoo, a city in the Finnish capital region, count the police and the prosecutor's office as their largest tenants. The combined area of the assets is around 40,000 m2. The vendors were LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

'We are very pleased to acquire additional strategic community property in a good location in Finland, with operations in the judicial system as tenants. We are specialists in the real estate community and want to continue to grow in this area in all our three markets in Sweden, Norway and Finland,' commented Stina Lindh Hawk, transaction manager at Hemfosa.

The deal brings Hemfosa's Finnish portfolio to around SEK 1.5 bn (€150 mln).
