'We are excited to acquire this large portfolio of properties that suit Hemfosa very well. This means that we add additional social properties with schools and authorities to our property while providing us the opportunity to improve properties in good locations through investments, in close cooperation with tenants,' commmented Stina Lindh Hawk, transaction manager at Hemfosa.

Five of the assets are leaseholds, while 60% of the total rental value of SEK 92 mln comes from publicly funded tenants.

Approximately 50% of the rental value comes from real estate in the municipality of Stockholm.

Comprising 80,000 m2 in total of offices and school premises, the largest tenants include Knowledge School, Colly Company, Immigration Service, the Employment Service and the Municipality of Norrköping. The occupancy rate is 85%.
