Helical Bar and Aviva Investors have received planning permission for their Brickfields development in West London.
Brickfields is a 1.55 million sq ft (14,000 m2) residential-led, mixed-use scheme at White City in West London.
The 11-acre (4-hectare) site is located next to White City underground station and just north of Westfield London shopping centre. Once completed, the scheme will accommodate 1,150 new homes, 210,000 sq ft of offices and around 60,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community uses set within extensive landscaping.
Brickfields forms part of the White City Opportunity Area, a large area of land identified as a key strategic location for regeneration by Hammersmith & Fulham Council and the Mayor of London.
