German lender Helaba has provided refinancing to US investor Tishman Speyer for the Elisenhof mixed-use property in Munich.
Helaba was the arranger, sole lender and hedging provider for the €124 mln long-term financing facility.
Elisenhof comprises a total rentable area of 46,000 m2 providing office and retail accommodation over eight floors. The property was originally built in 1984. Tishman Speyer acquired it in 2006 and carried out a complete refurbishment.
