Media reports suggest that the German bank paid around €53 mln for the office asset Mainblick3, Kaiserleistrasse 29-35, which comprises around 27,500 m2 of space.

Located in the Mainpark development, the former office of French power plant constructor Areva was built in the 1990s. Helaba plans to completely renovate the property before relocating there in 2019.

The bank is currently occupying Omega-Haus in Goethestrasse.

Colliers International advised Helaba on the transaction.
