German regional bank Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen is providing a EUR 80 mln financing to Austria's Europolis for the development of the Saski Crescent office building and Europolis Park Phase I in Warsaw. The Saski Crescent building is located in the central business district of Warsaw, comprising 15,300 m[sup]2[/sup] gross lettable area and 170 parking spaces. Europolis Park Phase I is a 154,000 m[sup]2[/sup] logistics park situated in the west of Warsaw. In this transaction, Helaba has been acting as sole arranger and lender through its origination unit.

Europolis has been active in the CEE and SEE regions since 1997. Since the start of its activitites in 2006, Helaba has provided financing of more than EUR 2.9 bn in the Northern and Central European markets, specialising particularly in acquisition financing and structured financing for international investors and investment funds.
