German bank Helaba is providing a five-year loan of €75 mln for the Mokotów Nova office property in Warsaw.
Helaba is acting as arranger and sole lender.
Curzon Capital Partners III, a core-plus real estate fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners, recently acquired Mokotów Nova from the developer Ghelamco.
Completed in 2012, Mokotów Nova is located in the heart of Warsaw's modern Mokotów business district. The complex consists of two inter-connected buildings offering 40,000 m2 of class A office space and 1,000 underground parking lots. Mokotów Nova has a 'Very Good' rating under BREEAM environmental standards.
Tristan Capital Partners is a London-based real estate investment management company with total assets of €3.5 bn under management.
