German lender Helaba has provided a €70 mln loan to Tishman Speyer’s European Core Fund to refinance its Cristalia office property in Paris.

The facility includes €10 mln for future capital expenditure to further upgrade the building.

Cristalia is a grade A office building located in Rueil-Malmaison, Hauts-de-Seine, close to central Paris.

Built in 2002, the 21,700 m2 property has been owned by Tishman Speyer since 2008. It is occupied entirely by biopharmaceuticals company Bristol-Myers-Squibb, which has just renewed its lease.
