Helaba Paris is providing €280 mln to Korea’s IGIS to part fund its €740 mln Capital portfolio purchase from KanAm.

Yesterday, it was announced that IGIS has bought KanAm Grundinvest Fund’s global Capital portfolio for €740 mln on behalf of Korean institutional investors.

Helaba´s €280 mln debt package covers the Paris properties in the portfolio, which include the 20,000 m2, Haussman-style 54 rue La Boëtie office complex. The site is HQ to healthcare firm Sanofi.

The financing comprises a €183 mln senior loan and a €97 mln mezzanine facility.
