German lender Helaba is providing a €172 mln loan to finance an office development in Frankfurt am Main for a company of the Tishman Speyer Group.
The bank is acting as arranger, sole lender and hedging provider on the deal.
The development is located in Weserstrasse and Mainzer Landstrasse, a premium location within Frankfurt's financial district, and provides around 32,600 m2 of high-quality office space. The project is fully let with long-term leases and is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2016.
This is the second credit facility provided by Helaba to Tishman Speyer in just a few days. Earlier this week, Helaba provided refinancing to the US investor for the Elisenhof mixed-use property in Munich.
Helaba was the arranger, sole lender and hedging provider for the €124 mln long-term financing facility.
Elisenhof comprises a total rentable area of 46,000 m2 providing office and retail accommodation over eight floors.
