German lender Helaba is providing SEK 230 mln (€25 mln) of long-term financing for an office complex in Sweden.
The loan is for Luxemburg-based real estate fund DEREIF SICAV-FIS, which is managed by Corpus Sireo for a German insurance group.
The property is located in Malmö's central business district and consists of four office buildings with a total rentable area of around 16,800 m2. The main long-term tenants are Swedish insurance company Trygg Hansa and SEB Bank.
