European asset manager Stam Europe has secured €150 mln financing from German property lender Helaba for the Highlands Logistics portfolio.
Highlands is a joint venture between Stam and an unnamed North American institutional investor.
The master loan facility covers the acquisition of existing assets, including €220 mln of investments in the third quarter of 2017 and development projects.
Stam is responsible for investment and asset initiatives on behalf of the partnership.
Helaba was advised by notaries Allez & Associés and the law firm Archers. Notaries Wargny-Katz and Thierry Vachon and the law firm Fairway represented Highlands Logistics.
