Global investment fund manager Heitman has sold a logistics facility near the Romanian capital Bucharest to an undisclosed buyer.
The 34,000 m2 Mercury Logistics Park comprises three units on 11.6 ha of land, located on the A1 highway in Romania's main logistics and distribution corridor. The assets are anchored by Dumagas Transport, Tibbett Logistics and Rhenus Logistics.
JLL Romania advised Heitman on the sale.
Heitman is a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Chicago with $32.3 bn (€29.4 bn) of assets under management worldwide.
