US investment firm Heitman has appointed Scott Dwyer as head of portfolio management for the firm's European private equity operations.
US investment firm Heitman has appointed Scott Dwyer as head of portfolio management for the firm's European private equity operations.
He will be based in the firm's Warsaw office and will report to European co-heads Gordon Black and Rob Reiskin.
Dwyer was most recently employed with ING Real Estate Development International where he served from 2009 as general manager responsible for asset management and disposals across Europe and had geographic responsibility for Germany, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Switzerland.
From 2005 to 2009, he served as managing director for Central Europe at French group Unibail-Rodamco and from 2002 to 2005 as country manager for Poland at Rodamco Europe.
