Dutch brewer Heineken has acquired a mixed-use complex in Amsterdam from IVG Institutional Funds for €43.5 mln.
The complex is located at Stadhouderskade 79, Eerste van der Helststraat 6 and 8, Quellijnstraat 71, 77-89 and Marie Heinekenplein 25. It comprises office, retail and parking space.
Heineken already occupied the office segment of the complex which comprises around 7,000 m2. The brewer will retain the office space but has sold the retail space (2,500 m2) to ProWinko for €6.75 mln and the parking garage to Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund II for €18 mln.
The retail space is let to supermarket chain Dirk van der Broek and the parking garage is leased to Apcoa.
Heineken was represented in the transaction by DRS Makelaars and advised on legal matters by Loyens & Loeff.
IVG could not be reached for comment on Friday on the transaction.
