Nordic residential property giant Heimstaden's Dutch unit has recruited Suzanne Bliemer as financial director, starting on February 1.
In this position, Bliemer will be responsible for the finance department and as a board member she will join the board of the Dutch company. She has about twenty years of experience in various financial positions within the real estate sector. She is currently still working as a controller at De Alliantie, a Dutch property developer. Before that, she worked as director of reporting & control at Multi Corporation and held various roles at Vesteda, OVG Projectontwikkeling and Price Waterhouse.
Bliemer will be ultimately responsible for the accounting and reporting of the organization, but also for financial analyzes, control, tax affairs, treasury and risk & compliance.
Heimstaden has been active in the Netherlands since 2018 and has since grown into a provider of approximately 13,300 homes with over 100 employees.
