Swedish property group Heimstaden has announced the acquisition of a residential portfolio consisting of eight buildings in the Danish cities of Copenhagen, Aarhus and Vejle in a share deal worth DKK 1.128 bn (€151 mln).

Heimstaden inks €151m Danish buy from NREP

The vendor is independent investment firm NREP.

The portfolio provides around 38,000 m2 of space across 377 apartments, five commercial units and 135 parking spaces.
 
'The transaction complements our existing portfolio and we can now take further advantage of the economies of scale we have established in Denmark,' said Magnus Nordholm, deputy CEO of Heimstaden.
