The 43,400 m2 portfolio of residential and commercial space is located in the southern Swedish city of Karlskrona.
Heimstaden is also taking over most of the team which the vendor, CA Fastigheter, had in Karlskrona. Swedish investor-developer CA Fastigheter will continue to manage three projects in the city.
