Christian Fladeland, formerly deputy CEO at Swedish residential specialist Heimstaden, has been appointed co-CEO of the firm.
Fladeland and Helge Krogsbøl will jointly serve as CEOs of the company. Fladeland will oversee investments, corporate finance, and capital raising, while Krogsbøl will lead the management team, group operations, and the country organisations.
Heimstaden said that adjustments to the management team had been made 'to enhance financial and operational performance further'.
Said Krogsbøl: 'I am pleased that Christian is stepping up as co-CEO alongside me. While it represents a marginal practical change, our aligned roles and complementary skills will further strengthen our position as a market leader in the residential industry.'
