Heimstaden, the Swedish property company which struck one of the largest private real estate deals in Europe last year, has added to its capital markets team as it looks to expand its investor client relationships.
Chas Beatty has become senior associate, equity capital markets, based in London having joined from Slate Asset Management, which he worked for from May 2019.
Prior to that he was an investment banking associate at CIBC Capital Markets.
Heimstaden has designs on widening its investor coverage, as seen from its hire in June 2021 of Tami Chuang.
