HDG Mansur Investment Services has completed two lettings at its building on Ernst-Reuter Platz, in the Charlottenburg district of West Berlin. Hochtief Construction, the international construction company, has taken 1,725 m[sup]2[/sup] on a five-year lease. CB.e Clausecker Bingel Ereignisse, a PR and Communications company, has taken 2,095 m[sup]2[/sup] over four floors on a seven- year lease. The quoting rent on the remainder of the building is EUR 180 per m[sup]2[/sup].

The building was acquired in January 2007 by HDG Mansur for the HSBC Amanah Global Property Income Fund.
