HDG Mansur has appointed Thomas Kmiecik as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Until recently Kmiecik was senior treasury officer at Forest City Enterprises, a $12 bn (EUR 9 bn) NYSE-listed real estate development company.

He also held past positions as senior vice president and treasurer of First Union Real Estate Investments, a $1bn NYSE-listed real estate investment company.
HDG Mansur is an international real estate investor and asset manager active in the US and Europe. The group had $2.2 bn of assets under management at end-June 2011.
