HB Reavis has announced it is entering the Croatian market to develop a 34,000 m[sup]2[/sup] office tower in Zagreb. The Slovakian-headquartered CEE developer and fund manager said the investment is worth EUR 60 mln.

HB Reavis has announced it is entering the Croatian market to develop a 34,000 m2 office tower in Zagreb. The Slovakian-headquartered CEE developer and fund manager said the investment is worth EUR 60 mln.

The company opened its office in Zagreb in spring 2010. The first project in Croatia will be in an A-Class office tower at the corner of Savska and Vukovarska Street in Zagreb. The project will comprise approximately 34,000 m2 of gross buildable area. Start of project realization is planned during next year, and the end of construction works and project opening is expected in 2014.

HB Reavis holds and runs 14 projects with an appraisal market value of EUR 900 mln. In addition, the group has five projects under construction with a total investment value of EUR 300 mln and more than 20 projects in the pipeline in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Croatia. HB Reavis employs over 300 professionals in its five markets.
