Developer HB Reavis has appointed Olga Humlová as new head of the group's Czech activities with effect from August 1, 2013.
Humlová joins from international law firm Dentons, where she was an equity partner specialising in real estate, banking and finance in the Prague and Bratislava offices.
She has 20 years experience in the real estate and financial markets. She started her career in 1993 in Frankfurt working for BHF-Bank and its Czech subsidiary, Živnostenská banka. Five years later she provided legal and corporate advice for property acquisitions to HypoVereinsbank, the first institutional investor in the Czech real estate sector.
Humlová will succeed the former CEO Marcel Kasanický, who now assumes responsibility for HR development for HB Reavis at group level.
HB Reavis Group is a commercial property developer headquartered in Luxembourg and operating in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and the Czech Republic.
