CEE developer HB Reavis has secured EUR 12 mln bank financing from Tatra banka for its office building project Aupark Tower in the Slovakian city of Košice. The financing was granted for a term of four years.

CEE developer HB Reavis has secured EUR 12 mln bank financing from Tatra banka for its office building project Aupark Tower in the Slovakian city of Košice. The financing was granted for a term of four years.

Tatra, a Slovakian bank, had previously been involved in the financing of HB Reavis' shopping and entertainment center Aupark Košice.

Aupark Tower Košice is currently under construction, and is scheduled for opening in the second quarter of 2012. The property provides 11,900 m2 square meters of leasable office space. The building is adjacent to Aupark Košice, which opened in November 2011 and has an average daily footfall of 29,000 visitors.

HB Reavis Group is an international commercial property developer headquartered in Luxembourg, and operating in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and the Czech Republic. Since the foundation in 1993, the group has delivered 550,000 m2 of office, retail and logistics space.

HB Reavis currently employs 350 professionals, developing and managing assets worth EUR 1.3 bn.
