Developer HB Reavis Group has announced plans to extend its presence to London and Istanbul with the opening of offices in these two cities.
Developer HB Reavis Group has announced plans to extend its presence to London and Istanbul with the opening of offices in these two cities.
'We decided to open new branches in London and Istanbul,' said Ivan Chrenko, chairman of the board of directors of HB Reavis Group. The company is already active in four countries in the CEE region: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
HB Reavis' international expansion will be accompanied by changes in the group’s top management. Pavel Trenka, the new group CEO, will be joined by other members of the executive board. Jiøí Hrbáèek will remain CFO of the group and will now also be responsible for managing the legal department.
Marcel Sedlák, who has been responsible to date for preparing the group’s strategic entrance into the two new markets, will now manage property development activities in Turkey and Slovakia while continuing to be responsible for the Polish market.
Róbert Kántor and Radim Øímánek have been appointed to the company’s executive board. Øímánek will be responsible for HB Reavis Group’s operations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the new London branch. He will also continue to head up leasing of office projects, IT and marketing for the group. Kántor will be responsible for the construction department and asset management for the entire group.
Viliam Panèík and Maarten Hulshoff remain members of the wider board along with Ivan Chrenko, its chairman.
