Deputy group CEO Radim Rimanek has been filling the role on an interim basis, after former CEO Tomas Jurdak left the business a year ago.

HB Reavis said that Skinner would oversee the firm's 'ambitious plans for growth across the UK market', as well as the delivery of current projects in the UK portfolio.

Skinner joined HB Reavis in April 2017 as the firm’s transactional director where he was responsible for UK acquisitions, leasing, financing, asset management and marketing.

Prior to joining the business, he spent four years at BNP Paribas Real Estate focused on London markets.

HB Reavis is currently developing the Farringdon West Crossrail site and executing the redevelopment of Elizabeth House in Waterloo.
