HB Capital, the investment arm of the Dutch family Blokker, has acquired the Brusselse Poort shopping centre in Maastricht from Tristan Capital Partners' EPI Special Opportunities 4 fund and co-investor Sectie5.
HB Capital is understood to have paid over €50 mln for the scheme, which provides around 20,000 m2 of space over 50 units.
The centre is anchored by supermarket chain Albert Heijn XL, and counts Jumbo, Blokker, Kwantum, C&A, Hema, Kruidvat and Etos among its largest tenants.
Cushman & Wakefield advised HB Capital. CBRE acted for the vendor.
