US investor Harbert Management has sold the Clémenceau 2 office building at 215 Av George Clémenceau in Nanterre, France to UK financial giant HSBC. The multi-let building was divested for EUR 17.4 mln, excluding taxes.
Clémenceau 2 includes 6,600 m2 of office space as well as 112 underground and 66 outdoor car parking spaces. It is fully let with tenants including Eurolines and Neurones. Savills advised the seller.
'This is a perfect example of a core investment in Nanterre in a prime office building with good tenants and within close proximity to Paris' La Defense business district, making it very attractive for French unit trusts,' said Hervé Blanchet, head of office agency at Savills France.
