Hansteen has applied for the admission of 3.3 million ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the company to trading on AIM, London's junior market for alternative investment. The new ordinary shares were issued to acquire a strategic stake of approximately 18.5% in Warner Estate Holdings. The stake was acquired from Trefick Limited on 14 August 2009.

Admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 20 August 2009, Hansteen said in a press release.

Warner Estate manages over EUR 2 bn worth of real estate in the UK.
