Financial details were not disclosed.

The rental area is approximately 46,000 m2, distributed across two warehouses fully leased with a long-term agreement to a logistics service provider.

The park is located just 15 minutes from the city centre of Murcia, Spain's seventh-largest city.

The recently constructed facilities achieved a 'BREEAM Very Good' certification. They are equipped with photovoltaic panels, LED lighting, electric chargers for delivery vehicles, and technical features to reduce water and energy consumption.

Gustavo Cardozo, managing director of Panattoni Iberia, said: 'We are at a crucial moment for the logistics real estate sector in Spain, thanks to the consolidation of e-commerce and the increasing demand for modern logistics spaces in recent years.

'Despite these advancements, it's important not to lose sight of the changes on the horizon in the near future and to recognize the trends to continue offering high-quality logistics infrastructure in a highly competitive market.'
